专利说明:
Prior art Constructions which are intended to be used for stirring, mixing or loosening materials in gardens and the like are already known in a number of different variants. For example, patent specification GB1467252 describes a variant of an electrically driven milling device. The milling device comprises a drive unit which drives a first milling tool and a second milling tool via a shaft and a gear. The milling device differs significantly from the construction according to the present patent application. For example, the milling tools are not counter-rotating, which means that the milling tools pull in any direction during use. U.S. Patent No. 5,850,882 discloses a hand-held garden tool. The handheld garden tool uses rechargeable batteries to power the tool. The construction comprises a driving shaft which via a gear transmits rotating torque to a first milling tool and to a second milling tool. The milling device differs significantly from the construction according to the present patent application. For example, the milling tools are not counter-rotating relative to each other, which means that the milling tools pull the milling device in the forward direction during use. The patent specification US2823597 describes a hand-held cultivator. The hand-held cultivator comprises a driving shaft which, via a gear, transmits rotating torque to a first milling tool and to a second milling tool. The milling device differs to a significant extent from the construction according to the present patent application. For example, the milling tools are not counter-rotating, which means that the milling tools pull the hand-held milling device in any direction. Patent specification DE1800229 describes a hand-held cultivator intended for use in milling soil. The hand-milled cutter is powered by an electric drill or similar. The construction differs to a large extent from the construction according to the present invention. For example, the milling tools of the milling device are not counter-rotating relative to each other. U.S. Pat. No. 3,2003,6006,663 discloses a hand-held rotating equipment intended for use, for example, in removing weeds and the like. The construction comprises a rotatable shaft which at its upper end is connected to a drilling machine and at its lower end is provided with machining tools. This construction also differs to a large extent from the construction according to the present patent application. For example, the construction does not include counter-rotating milling tools. Brief Description of the Figures In the following detailed description of the present invention, references and references to the following figures will be made. The figures are briefly described in the following ur gur list. Figure 1 schematically shows a transmission device in accordance with the present patent application. Figure 2 shows the angle of a milling device. Detailed Description of the Invention Referring to Figure 1, there is schematically shown a transmission device 1, which is intended to transmit torque from a drive unit to at least a first and a second machining tool or the like, in accordance with the present patent application. The transmission device can be used in applications where the drive device and the transmission device are integrated in one unit. The transmission device can also be used in applications where the drive device and the transmission device consist of separate units which can be connected and disconnected. In a preferred embodiment of the present transmission device, this is intended to be used in a hand-held (hand-held) milling device (not shown in its entirety in the figures). In alternative embodiments, the transmission device 1 may be used in other applications such as in devices intended for stirring or mixing materials or liquids. The transmission device 1 comprises at least one input shaft 2. The input shaft 2 is preferably driven by a drive device (not shown in the figures). The input shaft 2 of the transmission device 1 drives via a gear unit 3, completely or partially enclosed in a gear housing 4, or similar at least a first output shaft 5 and at least a second output shaft 6. The first output shaft 5 comprises at least one bracket 7, connecting means or the like , for at least one machining tool 8. The second output shaft 6 comprises at least one bracket 9, connecting means or the like, for at least one second machining tool 10. The machining tool 8 in the exemplary embodiment consists of at least one first milling tool 11. The machining tool 10 consists in the exemplary embodiment of at least one first milling tool 12. The machining tool 8 and the machining tool 10 may consist of other types of tools, devices and the like intended for materials and / or liquids. In the exemplary embodiment of the gear 3, it comprises an input shaft 2, a first output shaft 5 and a second output shaft 6. The axes of rotation of the output shafts 5 and 6 are preferably directed transversely to the axis of rotation of the input shaft. In the exemplary embodiment, the axes of rotation of the first output shaft and the second output shaft 6 substantially coincide with each other in a common axis of rotation. Unique to the present construction is that the construction of the gear 3 causes the first output shaft 5 and the second output shaft 6 to rotate in opposite directions relative to each other. In an exemplary embodiment, the axis of rotation of the first output shaft 5 and the axis of rotation of the second output shaft 6 substantially correspond to each other in the axial directions of the output shafts 5 and 6. In alternative embodiments, the axis of rotation of the first output shaft 5 and the axis of rotation of the second output shaft 6 are deviating, or substantially deviating, from each other in the axial directions of the output shafts 5 and 6. In a preferred embodiment of the milling head 1, according to the present patent application, a first milling tool 11 is connected to the first output shaft 5 and a second milling tool 12 is connected to the second output shaft 6. The milling tools 11 and 12 can have a number of different shapes. In the exemplary embodiment, the milling tools 11 and 12 have a shape which resembles (resembles) a truncated cone, where the part with the smaller diameter of the truncated cone is connected to the output shaft. The angle between the axis of rotation of the respective cutter and the protruding parts (which form the shape of a truncated cone) is preferably in the range 30 to 45 degrees. The embodiment shown is not limiting for the scope of protection, for example, angle V in alternative embodiments may deviate from the specified range. Furthermore, the design of the transmission device (forrn) and the design of the protruding parts of the cutter (tags or the like), as well as the number of protruding parts may deviate from those shown in the figures. It is conceivable that the present transmission device 1 will be differentiated. It is conceivable, for example, that the present invention will be deionized as a milling head for a hand-held earth mill. The transmission device can also be used in other areas of use, such as for any type of device intended to be used for mixing, for example, paint, concrete with different types of materials and liquids. The transmission device can also be used in further other applications. In the detailed description of the present invention, construction details which may be obvious to a person skilled in the art in the field of the method and the device may be omitted. For example, the construction includes bearings with fl your details of the type suitable for the purpose. Such obvious design details are included to the extent required for a proper function to be obtained for the present invention. Although some preferred embodiments have been shown in more detail, variations and modifications of the method and apparatus may be apparent to those skilled in the art to which this invention pertains. All such modifications and variations are considered to fall within the scope of the appended claims. Exemplary advantages of the present invention The present invention achieves a number of advantages. Firstly, a milling device is achieved with counter-rotating rotational movement which causes it to pull in an undesired direction to a lesser extent than known constructions. Another advantage of the construction is that muscle-weak people can more easily handle the milling device during processing of material. A further advantage is that the device provides very good accessibility in terms of milling of soil around shrubs and the like. An additional advantage of the design is that it can be easily adapted to both left- and right-handed users. An even further advantage of the design is that the mixing torque becomes more efficient and thus also reduces the user's work effort, which in turn can reduce work - related injuries.
